1Acceptable Use
StuTool is provided as a free productivity toolkit. You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using our AI enhancement features to generate harmful, offensive, illegal, or abusive content. You are solely responsible for the documents you process and the content you generate using our tools.
2Limitations of the Service
PDF Processing: While we strive for high quality, PDF parsing, OCR (Optical Character Recognition), and file conversion processes may not be 100% accurate. Formatting may be lost, and errors in text extraction may occur. You should always manually review important converted documents.
AI Content: The Resume Builder's enhancement tool utilizes third-party AI models. The output generated by these models is automated and may occasionally be inaccurate, inappropriate, or hallucinated. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before utilizing it professionally.
3Service Availability
StuTool is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
4Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mohammed Saif and StuTool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to use the services. You process documents and generate content at your own risk.
5Intellectual Property
You retain all ownership rights to the documents you process and the resumes you build using StuTool. The StuTool web application itself, including its code, design, logos, and features, is the intellectual property of Mohammed Saif. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute the application's source code without explicit permission.
6Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
